Tax ID 354689-192-000-0001-014-030-0000 is referenced the subdivided lot listed. Stone fences and barbed wire are found along the road and boundaries of this recently surveyed, 40.56-acre parcel. Access is via seasonal use, an abandoned Town road. The property survey included flagging, painting, and blazoning boundary lines, as well as locating existing corner markers or placing new ones. Land characteristics include a rolling terrain, where old pastures have returned to forest. Designated as abandoned, Huested Road is not plowed or maintained by the Town. National Grid owns land along the eastern boundary of the property and has deeded a right-of-way to the creek. Also, National Grid would like to acquire an option to purchase an easement to widen the adjacent existing transmission line. All other rights transfer to the new owner.
