Destiny Arms of Syracuse New York offers 17 exquisitely designed floor plans, with prices starting at $1,500. Our community promises a premium apartment living experience unlike any other. We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, a stones throw from the city center and Destiny USA Mall. Amenities: We have a tenant lounge, fitness center, game room, and storage units for all of our tenants. These amenities are free of charge and accessible 24/7 Utilities: We include water, sewer, trash, and provide in unit laundry. The tenant is responsible for their own gas and electric bill through National Grid. Typical utility bill will be approximately $75-$200 depending on time of year and your personal usage. Cable/internet: Tenants have the option to opt in to our building discount for cable and internet. With this, they can pay a one time fee of $480 (equal to $40 per month over 12 months), and this gets them access to our cable and internet package. Some tenants works requires them to have their own dedicated system, so we allow tenants to opt out of this charge, in which case they would go directly through Spectrum to set up whatever package they would like. Parking: We do have a gated parking lot, but that is full at the moment. There are 62 units in the building but only 32 parking spaces. The parking lot is a wait list that goes by lease signed date so tenants that have lived in the building longest, get a spot in the lot. There is plenty of parking available on N Clinton St. This is technically street parking, but we are the only building on the block so it is only our tenants and their guests parking here. This is completely free, nights and weekends, and you can park on either side of the road. There is a side entrance through the gate that you will access the building from. Security Deposit: Deposit is a flat $1,000. It is not equal to one months rent. This will help a little bit with out of pocket initial cost.
