The downstairs has a bedroom and full bath. The upstairs loft is all bedroom. You can keep it private or you can pack them in. Plenty of room for more beds. Of course there is plenty of storage room and a utility room onm the first floor. When driving to your new camp, you'll past by some other camps, but your new camp is at the end of a dead end so you'll have privacy. The first time you see a deer on your very own property, you'll be so excited!!
